RHI Claims Support provides investigative services that best suit the following needs of our clients:
- >> Workers' Compensation AOE/COE Investigations
Recorded interviews of all parties involved, completed, and executed claim forms and medical release forms, review and photocopy of personnel files, analysis of subrogation potential, obtain photographs and diagrams of injury/accident scene.
- >> Liability Investigations
Recorded interviews of all parties involved, conduct locus investigation, obtain product information, inspect and assess property damage, obtain photographs and diagrams of injury/accident scene.
- >> Third Party Subrogation Investigations
Recorded interviews of all parties involved, determine potential third party involvement, obtain pertinent evidence and third party identity, determine exports needed, and obtain photographs and diagrams of the scene.
- >> Surveillance Investigations
Obtain on film a Claimant's activities for comparison against permanent disability, work restrictions and/or limitations.
- >> Activity Checks
Identify claimant and residence for purposes of observing physical activities of the Claimant and determining the potential for future surveillance. Conduct interviews of neighbors and other witnesses when necessary to identify the claimant and verify level of activity.
- >> Background Records Research
Conduct computer data or live searches into Department of Motor Vehicles and Civil, Family, and Criminal Courts at the County, State, and Federal levels. Locate people, property or assets to help assure investigations. Conduct business searches and obtain marriage, divorce, birth, and death records.
